Somatic Meditation is a practice that invites us to come home to the body, to rediscover the innate intelligence of the body and deepen our connection to ourselves and others.
Through this practice, we begin to notice how emotions live in the body, how intuition shows up as a gut feeling or a soft sense of yes or no, and how empathy naturally arises when we are grounded in our own embodied experience.
It’s not about forcing anything—it’s about allowing. As we learn to rest attention gently in the body, without judgment, we create the conditions for healing, insight, and connection.
